Amazon driver discovers ‘unsafe’ detail while delivering package to customer’s home: ‘She is 100 percent correct’

Millions of TikTokers are learning the importance of house number signs, thanks to one Amazon customer’s viral video.

The clip, caught by one customer’s home security camera, is just the latest encounter with an Amazon driver to spread widely on the app. In the past, users have shared videos of drivers scaring away snakes, fighting off spiders and dropping off several truckloads worth of boxes.

Buy, sell or hold? How to decide what to do with a plummeting stock

This latest video comes courtesy of user Jessica Huseman (@_jesshopehuse). In her clip, the TikToker shared the “unsafe” feature her delivery driver found while dropping off a package at her home.

“We just moved in and this happened today…she’s not wrong though,” Huseman captioned her clip.

In the video, an Amazon driver approaches Huseman’s door and tells her security camera — in an excited, sing-songy voice — why she needs house number signs outside her home.

“You have no markers on your house that say what number you are,” the driver points out. “And that is hard to find your house, my dude.”

The driver then goes on to explain why having an unmarked home can be worrisome.

“And, it’s unsafe honestly,” she adds. “What if you needed medical assistance and the paramedics didn’t know your town well. Have a great day!”

Watch this tiny bedroom get an organization overhaul in just one day:

The clip has since drawn almost 4 million views, plus thousands of comments praising the Amazon worker’s warning.

“Retired paramedic [here]. She is 100 percent correct,” one user wrote.

“This is proof that you can give advice without being rude about it,” another added.

It seems like the tips won’t stop there, either. A few days later, the driver joined TikTok under the name “Queen K,” and posted a follow-up with more safety issues she’s noticed during her time as an Amazon driver.
