'The Amazing Race' Crowns Two New Champions

After visiting 9 countries, 17 cities, and traveling over 36,000 miles, The Amazing Race finale ended in Chicago. There were three team vying for the grand prize of $1,000,000 and in order to win they had to run all over the Windy City. The race started with a NASCAR race at Chicagoland Raceway, which Brooke and Scott won. After that the contestants had to put together a puzzle by visiting some of Chicago's most notable landmarks such as the Chicago Water Tower, Buckingham Fountain, and Wabash Avenue Bridge. Again, Brooke and Scott were the first to finish the challenge. For the final challenge the contestants had to hand out hot dogs to Cubs fans on the roofs across from Wrigley Field. In exchange for the hot dogs, the fans gave them tickets to Wrigley Field where they had to put the number of where they placed for all of the challenges throughout the season. Scott and Brooke finished the final challenge first and dashed off to the finish line where they were crowned the winners of season 29.
