Amanda Peet's Stunt on 'Brockmire' Shut Down Production
On Thursday's Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Amanda Peet revealed that she had an accident on the set of her new show Brockmire. The scene featured Peet's character catching a beer in mid-air and shotgunning it in one quick motion. Peet explained, "I was really cocky. It was like a Tom Cruise thing, I wanted do my own thing with a full beer can." She insisted on doing the gag in one shot with a real can of beer. Things went wrong and Amanda Peet seemed to have taken a beer can to the forehead. After a month of recuperation, Peet returned to film the scene but with a phone can for safety.
