Amanda Knox has expanded her family.

The author and podcaster, 36, and husband Christopher Robin have welcomed their second baby, the couple revealed on their podcast, Younglings, on Thursday.

The couple welcomed a baby boy, sharing the birth story on the podcast. Son Echo was born on Saturday, Sept. 23 at 9:23 p.m., weighing 7 lbs., 6 oz.

"The birth was really, really ideal as far as births go. It was a very chill room. It was just Chris and me this time ... Chris was reading poetry to me, and I was having contractions. But then I had an epidural and then I was easy-peasy," she recalled.

"Amanda pushed like three times. She pushed nine times in three contractions ... and the third contraction, baby popped out," Robin shared.

In August, Knox shared a photo where she sat in a jumpsuit with her bump on display and her legs out in front of her, writing, "'Pregspreading,' " and tagging the Oxford English Dictionary.

When a commenter asked, "Throwback post or…. New bebe?!" she replied, "New!"

Knox and Robinson are also parents to daughter Eureka Muse, 2, whose birth they announced in October 2021 on an episode of the couple's Labyrinths podcast.

Knox told the New York Times  that she initially kept the birth a secret in part because "I'm still nervous about the paparazzi bounty on her head."

Fourteen years ago, Knox was wrongfully convicted and then exonerated for the 2007 murder of roommate Meredith Kercher when she was a 20-year-old American student studying abroad in Perugia, Italy.

Knox and Robinson also explained their decision to keep things private on their podcast, saying that they will not share any images of Eureka on social media as that is "a decision for her to make, many years from now."

Knox added of her then-newborn daughter, "She deserves the privacy and autonomy that I was denied."
