Alyssa Milano Celebrates Her Birthday in a Cryptic Post Following Resurfaced Claims About 'Charmed' Feud

While the Charmed drama between Alyssa Milano, Shannen Doherty and Holly Marie Combs is many years old, Doherty and Combs recently revived the feud by revealing that Milano was the one who reportedly got Doherty fired. But, despite the headlines, Milano is putting on a brave face as she posts a wholesome yet slightly cryptic post for her 51st birthday.

On Dec. 19, the actress celebrated the big 5-1 by posting a lengthy text on social media. “Today is my birthday!” she began on Instagram and X (formerly known as Twitter). “However, instead of just saying my age, from now on I’m going to say that I have reached ‘level 51.'”

“To unlock this level, I have discovered a few cheat codes that have helped me navigate the challenges and triumphs along the way,” Milano continued, adding that the first “cheat code” is resilience. “I have faced my fair share of heartache, anxiety, and depression, but I have managed to overcome them with LOVE. Love for myself, which keeps me evolving and searching, love for others, which keeps me gentle and forgiving, and love for the world around me which keeps me in awe at what has been created here. It is through this love that I have found the strength to keep pushing forward.”

As for the second so-called cheat code, Milano said it was gratitude. “I have learned to appreciate the simple joys of life, like the beauty of birds soaring through the sky and the majesty of trees standing tall. I am grateful for the symbiotic relationship between plants and humans, where my breath nourishes them, and their existence provides me with what I need to survive,” she explained. “Gratitude has also allowed me to embrace the gift of curiosity, never ceasing to learn something new. Mostly, I am grateful for the beating of my heart, which carries the blood of my ancestors and connects me to a rich lineage of profound triumph.”

“Compassion and empathy are two more cheat codes that have helped me reach level 51 status,” she continued. “Although they can sometimes be uncomfortable emotions to experience, they have shaped me into a kind and humble person who strives to ease the suffering of humanity. The ability to want to understand and share the feelings of others has allowed me to forge deep connections and foster a sense of unity and community. “

Milano ended her text by talking about the people in her life who “love me unconditionally.” “Their support, care, and acceptance have been the driving force behind my personal growth,” she admitted. “Today, my heart overflows with gratitude for their presence.”

“So, as I celebrate my birthday at level 51, I do so with a sense of accomplishment and gratitude,” she ended. “I embrace the challenges and joys that lie ahead, knowing that I have the cheat codes of resilience, gratitude, compassion, empathy, and the love of those around me to guide me through this game of life.”

From her lengthy reflection, Milano made a couple of things crystal clear: she’s focusing on all the positives in her life on her birthday and she either doesn’t care about the Doherty drama or is doing her best to distract herself from it.

As a reminder, in a recent episode of Doherty’s podcast Let’s Be Clear With Shannen Doherty, Combs talked about Doherty’s departure from the show. “We were told [by Alyssa] that it’s her or [Shannen], and Alyssa has threatened to sue us for a hostile workplace environment,” Combs revealed on the podcast, per Entertainment Tonight.

Doherty was then let go of the show while Combs was seemingly coerced to continue despite not wanting to. “They forced me to go back to a show I wanted nothing to do with,” she admitted. “I ended up doing the most hours for the least pay because I just didn’t ask for raises, I didn’t want to be more taken out of the budget, I didn’t want to have no money for guest stars.”

Despite the heavy accusations, it looks like Milano is putting no thought into the drama!
