Ukrainian rapper Alyona Alyona, representing Ukraine alongside Jerry Heil at the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö, Sweden, addressed rumors that she lost her voice just before the show.
Reports surfaced in Ukrainian media claiming that Alyona Alyona had allegedly lost her voice on the eve of her performance in the first semi-final of Eurovision.
Taking to Instagram, Alyona Alyona debunked rumors that she had lost her voice just a week before the big show.

"I'm recording this story to debunk yesterday's myth spread by some tabloids that I've lost my voice. Who started this rumor? Seriously. I'm a rapper! I sound even more attractive with a husky voice," the former kindergarten teacher wrote.
"I'm all good, I've got my voice, and I feel fantastic. Alive, healthy, with a voice, and ready to win," the artist said.
Ukraine's Eurovision 2024 representatives departed for Malmö on April 25.
They bid farewell at the Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) platform with the song they will sing at the competition, "Teresa & Maria".
Alyona Alyona and Jerry Heil will first perform their entry during the first semi-final on May 7. They will be the fifth act to perform.

The second semi-final will take place on May 9, with the grand finale scheduled for Saturday, May 11.
37 countries will participate in the contest this year.
