Alive After Five 2024 concert schedule announced

ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) — Elmira Downtown Development announced the schedule for this year’s Alive After Five concert series.

Alive After Five brings live music to different locations around Elmira on Friday nights throughout the spring and summer. Elmira Downtown Development describes the event as the largest monthly happy hour and a place for friends and coworkers to gather.

This street music festival is free to attend and has beverages available for purchase. Each event runs from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

A list of planned dates, locations, and performers can be found below:

  • May 17 – Wisner Park

    • 5 p.m. – Major Bigtime

    • 7 p.m. – The Variables

  • May 31 – Eldridge Park

    • 5 p.m. – Doc Possum

    • 7 p.m. – The Sweats

  • June 14 – Patrick’s

    • 5 p.m. – Electric Falafel

    • 7 p.m. – Suspect

  • June 28 – The Playground

    • 5 p.m. – Katt and Keef Beats

    • 7 p.m. – Top Shelf

  • July 12 – Brady’s Pub

    • 5 p.m. – TBA

    • 7 p.m. – TBA

  • July 26 – Empire Sports of the Southern Tier

    • 5 p.m. – TBA

    • 7 p.m. – TBA

  • Aug. 9 – Bernie Murray’s

    • 5 p.m. – Crazy for Days

    • 7 p.m. – Blue Eyed Soul

  • Aug. 23 – Rye Bar

    • 5 p.m. – Sunshine and Whiskey

    • 7 p.m. – Black Bush
