Harris filed for divorce from the Gotham FC star on Sept. 19 in Florida after nearly four years of marriage

Ali Krieger is taking inspiration from Beyoncé amid her divorce from Ashlyn Harris.

The former USWNT couple split after nearly four years of marriage, with Harris, 37, filed for divorce from Krieger, 39, on Sept. 19. after four years of marriage.

On Thursday, Krieger addressed the breakup in a not-so-subtle post on social media.

"Preparing for playoffs while in my Beyoncé lemonade era," the Gotham FC star wrote in the caption of a post including photos of her on the soccer field.

Krieger received an outpour of support in the comments of her post on Thursday. Among the messages was the athlete's brother, Kyle Krieger.

"Love you and so proud of you!! These hoes ain’t loyal!! But me and your fans are," Kyle wrote on his sister's post.

Kyle posted another comment quoting the lyrics to Beyoncé's song on the album called "Don't Hurt Yourself."

"This is your final warning, you know I give you life. If you try this s--- again, you gone lose your wife," he wrote.

In a third comment, Kyle posted a gif of Beyoncé in her iconic yellow dress from the "Hold Up" music video from Lemonade.

Soccer star Alex Morgan showed her support for Krieger on the post and highlighted the showing of support from fans. "These comments do not disappoint," Morgan wrote.

Representatives for Harris and Krieger did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

Krieger's preparation for the playoffs comes four days after Gotham FC clinched 6th place in the NWSL standings following their 2-2 draw with Kansas City on Sunday.

Next, they'll take on the North Carolina Courage in the quarterfinals.

Harris and Krieger met for the first time in 2010 when they both played for the United States Women's National Team. Almost one decade later, in Dec. 2019, the professional soccer players tied the knot.

They share two kids: daughter Sloane, 2½, and son Ocean, 14 months.

“It just feels like we’re kind of coming together as one," Krieger told PEOPLE at the time of their decision to wed. "We feel like we’re at a really good place and a really comfortable place and the age that we’re at, especially, we feel real confident in the foundation that we’ve built.”

Krieger and Harris helped the USWNT win the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup Final, giving America its fourth championship in the tournament. They each have two World Cup wins to their name.
