Alessia Cara has returned with a new single called “Growing Pains,” and it’s the first taste of her forthcoming sophomore album. Check it out below.
Cara’s debut album Know It All arrived in 2015 following the success of her breakout single “Here.” Her profile rose significantly in the past year when she teamed with Logic and Khalid on the hit single “1-800-273-8255.” She had a hit of her own with “Scars to Your Beautiful.” At this year’s Grammys, she won Best New Artist over SZA, Lil Uzi Vert, Khalid, and Julia Michaels.
