Alec Baldwin's Wife, Hilaria Baldwin Suffers Second Miscarriage Since Last April
The Baldwin's announced some very tragic news on Instagram on Monday. Hilaria Baldwin has suffered her second miscarriage since April of last year. She recorded a video with their six-year-old daughter, Carmen.
In the video, Hilaria says," We are very sad to share that today we learned that our baby passed away at 4 months,” She added that they were very devastated to learn of the news. They found out about the miscarriage during a scan they were having of the baby earlier in the day.
Carmen could be heard in the background of the video saying, "sorry" to her mother. Hilaria tells Carmen that this little baby girl is not coming now but that they are going to work very hard to bring her a baby sister another time.
She told little Carmen about the baby not coming and then took the video so she could send it to Alec.

Just last month the couple announced that they were having a baby girl. They were very happy to be bringing a fifth child to join the rest of the family. Alec had explained their decision to have a fifth child during an interview with Fox News.
Alec told Fox News, "We have four kids. She wants to have another one. We’re having another one. We're gonna have a fifth baby.”
It is so sad that she had a second miscarriage within six-months of the last one. Devastating news!
The couple got married in 2012 and have four children together, currently. Their children are six-year-old daughter, Carmen, four-year-old son Rafael, three-year-old Leonardo, and 15-month-old baby Romeo.
During her first miscarriage announcement in April of 2018, she posted a video on Instagram then too for her friends and followers saying, "it's over."
She also said in her video about her first miscarriage, "There was no heartbeat today at my scan…so it’s over…but I have some pretty strong and amazing heartbeats right here,” She continued, “Thank you all for listening, for your support, and for sharing your own personal stories.”
Within five months after suffering from the first miscarriage, Hilaria announced that she was pregnant again. While most of her followers were supportive of her and Alec, some criticized her for announcing it so soon after having a miscarriage.
Some of her followers even left a few comments that were not very supportive. Alec responded to one of them that said, “People poke around and try to find out what is going on,"
He continued, "When you simply share what is happening, you take the story into your own hands and they tend to leave you alone more. Secrets are only interesting when they are secrets. Reports of my belly growing or my appearance changing spark rumors. That brings attention. Me coming out and saying what is going on gets the news out there…then they move on to the next story. I hope this makes sense. It’s something I’ve learned over the past decade…this is one of the reasons I’m so active on social media. The news can take images for free from my page rather than paying a paparazzi to come and follow me.”
