Hilaria, the 36-year-old writer who married the "30 Rock" actor in 2012, shared a video on Instagram Monday revealing her pregnancy bump with the baby's heartbeat audible in the background.
"I’ll let the baby do the talking because I don’t have the words to express how this sound makes us feel," she wrote. "Just got the great news that all is well and all is healthy with this little munchkin. I wanted to share this with you. Here we go again"
The couple also share children Carmen, 6; Rafael Thomas, 4; Leonardo, 3; and Romeo, 2. Baldwin also has a 24-year-old daughter, Ireland, with ex-wife Kim Basinger.
Hilaria's pregnancy announcement comes about four months since she revealed her second miscarriage of 2019.
In November, Hilaria shared on Instagram that she miscarried at four months pregnant.
"We are very sad to share that today we learned that our baby passed away at 4 months," she wrote. "We also want you to know that even though we are not ok right now, we will be. We are so lucky with our 4 healthy babies—and we will never lose sight of this."
Hilaria shared the message along with an emotional video, in which her daughter Carmen asks how much longer it will be until the baby comes.
"I don't know," Hilaria says in a soft voice. "I'm going to try really hard." She added, "thank you for saying you're sorry that Mommy is sad."
Hilaria wrote that she took the video "so I could send it to Alec. I guess this is a good way to share it with you too. I told her that this baby isn’t going to come after all...but we will try very hard to give her a little sister another time. I’m really devastated right now...I was not expecting this when I went to my scan today. I don’t know what else to say...I’m still in shock and don’t have this all quite clear. Please no paparazzi...that’s all I ask."
The couple also announced that they lost a baby to miscarriage in April 2019.
