Alec Baldwin’s Pick for ‘The Hottest Woman Ever’ Might Leave Hilaria Feeling Left Out

Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Baldwin have never had an issue when it comes to declaring to the public how much they love each other and their seven children. And it looks like the 30 Rock alum doesn’t have an issue with spreading the love to people other than his wife on social media. In fact, he just called someone other than Hilaria “the hottest woman ever.”

It all started when a resurfaced video of Barbra Streisand performing her song “Lover, Come Back to Me” in 1965 caught Baldwin’s attention. Unable to contain his admiration, Baldwin left a comment underneath the video.

“My God. This is the hottest woman. Ever,” he commented on an Italian Instagram account for Streisand. And just like that, the internet exploded with a mix of confusion and amusement from fans. “hotter than the wife????” one confused fan asked. Another couldn’t help but poke fun at Hilaria, who was called out for lying about being born in Spain and for faking an accent. “Hilaria suddenly discovers she’s Jewish,” the user replied to Baldwin’s comment.

And while Hilaria has yet to comment on her husband’s clear admiration for Streisand, it seems like she doesn’t have much to worry about. I turns out Baldwin and Barbra Streisand do share a few connections. The two have performed together multiple times, including on Saturday Night Live when Baldwin was playing Donald Trump. The two have also made appearances together on The Tonight Show. In a 2018 interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Baldwin joked that he could have been “a great ex-husband” to Streisand. He also expressed his admiration for her talent, stating, “I’ve met a handful of people who, what you think they are in a fantasy, is fulfilled when you meet them.”

So while Alec Baldwin’s comment about Barbra Streisand being the “hottest woman ever” is quite the statement, the declaration seems to be about his his genuine admiration for her incredible talent and their professional connection. Some folks might be wondering what this means for his marriage to Hilaria. But honestly, let’s not jump to conclusions. Admiring someone’s skill doesn’t automatically mean there’s something romantic going on — even when we are talking about Babs.
