Alec Baldwin, 60, is a dad again as his wife, Hilaria, gives birth
Hilaria and Alec Baldwin have added one more to their brood.
She shared the news Thursday afternoon.

Hilaria, a 34-year-old yoga instructor, married the actor and regular Saturday Night Live guest star in June 2012. Alec, 60, has an adult daughter, Ireland, from his previous marriage to the actress Kim Basinger. Along with the new baby, he and Hilaria share three young children: Carmen, 4; Rafael, 2; and 1-year-old Leonardo.
Hilaria revealed on Tuesday that the couple remained unsure of a name for their latest addition.
“This is the first one that we really don’t know going into it, and we’re going to see what he looks like and take a good look,” she told Entertainment Tonight.
On Thursday, whatever the baby’s name, she told her followers that he was on his way.

Breaking the news on social media was especially appropriate, since Hilaria and Alec had turned to Instagram to announce that she was expecting in November.

They also shared a sweet video of them telling their kids about the baby’s gender.

Although Alec is older than most baby’s fathers, Hilaria has said that he made it clear to her early on in their relationship that he wanted to take another shot at parenting. (It’s worth noting that he appears to remain close with his eldest, Ireland, despite the notorious voicemail he left her more than a decade ago.)
“It was funny because when we first met, he wanted to make sure I wanted to have kids,” Hilaria told Us Weekly in November. “I had just turned 27. We went six weeks where he would only shake my hand. He wouldn’t even kiss me! And he would say, ‘Do you want to have kids? I’m at the age where I need to be serious with who I meet and I need to put all my cards on the table and tell you what I want.'”
He definitely got his wish.
Maybe now they can have playdates with Chrissy Teigen and John Legend‘s just-born offspring.
