Words of Wisdom from Rain

Along with the patriarchs of the Brown family, "Alaskan Bush People" star Rain Brown had some wise words as she reflected on her past year. Captioning a stoic photo of herself, 17-year-old Rain wrote:

"This year has absolutely flown by, I gained some of the best friends I’ll ever have and I’ve lost a few too, I became an aunt which is my most favorite thing, I became a mother to my baby jakson and he has taught me so much. Ive worked hard every day, not only with my job, but also on myself. I’ve learned to enjoy my solitude, and my own company. I’ve pushed myself to my limits and come out even stronger on the other end. 16 was an incredible year of learning and love and laughter, but also sadness and mistakes and bumps along the way."

Along with the past, Rain is also looking forward to the future and using her experiences to better prepare herself for what lies ahead.

"But at the end of the year I can honestly say I am proud of how much I’ve overcome and how strong I’ve come out the other end. Growing closer to myself and even closer to God. Most importantly learning how special it really is to be kind to yourself and love yourself unconditionally. May next year bring even more struggles and triumphs, because I know with God guiding me I’ll pull through even prouder and stronger than I was before. God bless you all, thank you for sticking with me and continuing to support me, it means the world, love you all very much and I’ll see you in the next round! God bless us all. 💖 #staystrong #stayhappy #Godisgood."
