Hollywood icon Al Pacino's friends are "worried" that the actor's vulnerability makes it easy for his girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, to get her way.

Alfallah recently filed for full custody of their kid, Roman, and has reportedly reached an agreement with the "Scarface" star for him to pay for the kids' welfare.

It comes months after speculation that the mother of one was no longer into Al Pacino and that it was only a matter of time before they split.

According to Radar Online, friends of Al Pacino are reportedly worried that the "Godfather" actor might be shooting himself in the foot by agreeing to his baby mama's recent antics to get money from him.

It comes after the actor's girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, 29, filed for full physical custody of their nearly four-month-old son, Roman.

Roman is Pacino's fourth child, having welcomed three other kids, a girl, Julie Marie, and twins Olivia Rose and Anton James, with two other women.

Per reports, the new custody arrangement will make Pacino get the short end of the stick, as he would continue to provide for the duo while not getting as much access to their son as he used to have.

"Under their arrangement, Al will pay for his son's welfare while Noor remains in primary custody, the insider shared.

They added, "They'll continue to hang out and enjoy these lavish dinners together while he treats her to the best of the best."

Al Pacino Is 'An Extremely Vulnerable Guy'

The insider also revealed to Radar Online that even though Pacino will be spending his money, he won't get any intimacy in return.

"Intimacy is apparently off the menu, though, and has been for months," the insider shared about the actor who was first linked with Alfallah in early 2022. "He's more of a father figure, a provider, and companion to her now."

Reports suggest that Pacino, who has gained a significant amount of weight in recent months, has come to terms with the idea of making certain sacrifices to be in the company of an attractive woman.

This also comes in light of reports that his previous struggles with depression have made him more susceptible to potential manipulation.

"His friends are all so worried," the insider added about Pacino's current situation. "He's an extremely vulnerable guy."

Earlier in the month, it was revealed that Pacino has no plans to battle it out in court with Alfallah over the custody of their child.

"There is no ongoing litigation nor issues," a rep for the actor told Radar Online at the time.

Although Pacino has retained the services of a lawyer since Alfallah made the filing, the source revealed that it was done to facilitate "procedural steps being taken in furtherance of the parties' successful and amicable resolution."

"Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child, Roman. They are still together," the rep added.

The two welcomed Roman into the world in June, over half a year since Alfallah told Pacino she was pregnant with his child. Initially, he doubted whether he was the father and reportedly took a DNA test to confirm.

The entire request for primary custody proves that Alfallah has fallen out of love with the "Scarface" star.

Earlier in March, Radar Online reported that this was bound to happen, and it was only a matter of time.

"Al's eccentricities may have been cute initially, but they stink now," said an insider.

They added, "He insists she keeps all the lights low so he doesn't see an old guy in the mirror. She must dress in black or dark clothing because of his fashion motto, although high heels are okay, and generally be at his beck and call as his date even when it's last minute.

The insider went on to speculate that Pacino's reputation for not being a lavish person was one of the issues that would hasten the split.

"Al's had rotten luck with the ladies recently, and his reputation as a doddering old cheapskate doesn't help."
