Aksoka episode 7 confirms where the show fit in Star Wars timeline

Ahsoka's latest episode, 'Part Seven: Dreams and Madness', just confirmed where the spin-off series fits into the Star Wars timeline.
While it was previously thought that Ahsoka takes place around the same time as season three of The Mandalorian, which falls around 11 ABY (After the Battle of Yavin), episode seven has now revealed that it actually takes place after it.
In the episode, Carson Teva refers to the "conflict on Mandalore" at the end of The Mandalorian's third season, in which Din Djarin and Bo-Katan Kryze defeat Moff Gideon.

Xiono added that "Gideon was a warlord acting on his own", further confirming that Din and Bo's victory at the end of season three came before Ahsoka.
Elsewhere in the popular streaming show, Marvel star Ariana Greenblatt recently made an appearance as young Ahsoka alongside Hayden Christensen's Anakin Skywalker.
By delving into her past relationship with Anakin, Ahsoka learned to stop blaming herself for his foray into the dark side.

Rosario Dawson previously explained how Ahsoka's journey in the show is similar to Gandalf's in The Lord of the Rings, specifically his fight with the Balrog and his rebirth as Gandalf the White.
"In [Star Wars: Rebels], you saw her go to the white, but what I loved is the idea that there was even another level to her," she said while speaking to Entertainment Weekly.
"[Show creator Dave Filoni] and I talked a lot about Gandalf the Grey and Gandalf the White — talking about that transition and how she's someone very capable and excellent and looked up to as a leader, but she still has levels of development to go."
Ahsoka drops new episodes every Wednesday (Tuesday night if you're in the US) on Disney+.
