Tamil star Ajith Kumar is all set to play a new role in his upcoming movie Good Bad Ugly. While the buzz around the movie is massive, reports have flooded claiming more details about it. Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly digital rights backed by Netflix?

According to a report by 123telugu.com, the makers of Good Bad Ugly have already concealed the movie’s OTT deal. The report claimed that they had sold the film’s digital rights for a massive amount, i.e., $11.4 million. Allegedly, Netflix has acquired the streaming rights of the movie. However, no official announcement regarding this has been made yet.

For the unversed, the makers of Good Bad Ugly recently unveiled the movie’s first poster featuring Ajith in a new avatar. There were rumors about the actor playing a triple role in the film, and the new poster revealed his three looks, each signifying the movie’s title. Moreover, the poster with the weapons lying before him hints that the actor will play the role of either a gangster or a don.

The movie’s poster also confirmed that it will be released around Pongal 2025, i.e., January 2025. Pongal is one of the busiest festivals in Tamil cinema with at least two to three movies releasing every year around it.

The movie’s shooting is allegedly taking place in Hyderabad. Its latest schedule will continue until the first week of June. It is the first time in a decade that Ajith is simultaneously shooting for two movies at a time.

Adhik Ravichandran is helming the project, while Mythri Movie Makers are bankrolling it. The production house is known for backing heavy-budget movies, but Good Bad Ugly’s budget has not been revealed yet. More updates on the movie’s cast are awaited.
