Legendary director David Zucker is being warned by the court to hurry up and finalize his divorce or else the case will be tossed out.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Zucker and his estranged wife Danielle have been given a court date of May 6 and will be fined if they do not appear.
The only way they are allowed to skip the court appearance is if they file a judgment in their divorce or a dismissal. Otherwise, the court might toss out the divorce case entirely.
Zucker originally filed for divorce back in 2016. The couple has two children together.
In addition to “Airplane!” and “The Naked Gun,” David Zucker wrote and directed “BASEketball” and directed the classic Bette Midler comedy “Ruthless People.”
