Tuesday's semi-finals episode of America’s Got Talent had a little trouble getting started, after 10-year-old singer, Peter Rosalita, missed the intro to the classic song made popular by Mariah Carey, “Without You.”

When the piano music began he seemed to have trouble hearing it over the crowd noise. But the young talent remained calm and knew exactly what to do.

“Hello? Wait, can you repeat please?” Rosalita said with a smile. Sorry. Sorry guys.”

But once he was able to get going again, he knocked his performance out of the park, receiving love from viewers on social media and the judges, who gave him a standing ovation.

- Hello. Can you repeat please? Oh, sorry. Sorry, guys.

KYLIE MAR: The "America's Got Talent" semi-finals had a little trouble getting started Tuesday. When 10-year-old singer Peter Rosalita missed the intro to Mariah Carey's hit song, "Without You". But once he was able to get going again, his performance was without faults.

PETER ROSALITA: [SINGING] I can't give, I can't give anymore. i can't live if living is without you.

KYLIE MAR: Viewers on Twitter loved the way Peter recovered with comments like, strong vocals by Peter despite the blip in the beginning. And when the little guy takes control of the stage and requests for the song to be restarted and then kills it, what a delivery.

And the judges who gave Peter a standing ovation after his performance were equally impressed with the maturity he showed.

- What happened at the beginning was amazing. Because to me it showed me the command that you have on the stage. You didn't miss a beat.

- The fact that you knew that you'd miss the intro, you took control on a live show and went, you know what? Let's start again. And I'm thinking, good for you.
