America, Howie Mandel has got his own talent: flipping houses!

The America’s Got Talent judge, 64, recently sold his Hollywood Hills farmhouse for $9,500,000 after purchasing it for $2,620,000 in 2018 and giving it a major makeover, PEOPLE can confirm. The listing was held by Danielle Peretz of the Agency.

The comedian and his wife, Terry, designed and built the 9,900-square-foot home from the ground up after tearing down the single-story ranch that was previously on the property, the Los Angeles Times reports. The project was finished earlier this year, resulting in a six-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion on 1.3 acres of land.

According to the listing, the property sits above street level in the celebrity-favorite neighborhood, offering plenty of privacy for homeowners.

Inside, a movie theater, bar, gym, office and glass-enclosed wine room are scattered throughout the home’s three stories, along with an open-concept kitchen, formal dining room and indoor-outdoor living room. Custom floor-to-ceiling windows can be found throughout, offering plenty of sunlight and views of the landscaped backyard.

The backyard is designed to mimic a resort setting with a pool and spa surrounded by lounge chairs and plenty of greenery. Pocket doors from the living room lead out to a covered patio, which has a barbeque and large table for dining al fresco.

Property records show that Mandel first listed the home for sale for $10,495,900 in June before dropping the price to $9,999,500 in August.
