AEW Provides Medical Update On Bryan Danielson On 5/1 AEW Dynamite

Bryan Danielson is still recovering in the aftermath of AEW Dynasty.

At AEW Dynasty, Bryan Danielson battled Will Ospreay in a dream match that thrilled the fans. In the closing moments, Ospreay hit Danielson with the Storm Driver 91. Danielson landed awkwardly on his shoulder, and officials checked on him. Ospreay then hit Danielson with a Hidden Blade for the win. Danielson walked to the back, and the medical staff evaluated him. He has been absent ever since.

AEW provided a brief update on the May 1 episode of AEW Dynamite. The commentary team noted that Bryan Danielson was not cleared to travel, and he was still at home, recovering from his injuries.

Danielson’s wife, Brie Garcia, recently discussed his match against Ospreay and noted that he hurt himself. Check out her comments here.
