AEW Double or Nothing will feature a Battle Royale in which AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy will put his title on the line.

In a backstage segment during the May 17 episode of AEW Dynamite, Cassidy told anyone interested in challenging for his title to talk to Tony Khan. He was later informed that 20 competitors expressed their interest in challenging for the gold.

Cassidy responded by saying that he would defend the AEW International Championship against all of them at AEW Double or Nothing. He noted that the show would be in Las Vegas, so they could call it the Blackjack Battle Royale.

As of this writing, it’s unclear who will compete in the match, other than Cassidy.

Cassidy previously won the AEW Alll-Atlantic Championship on the October 12, 2022, episode of AEW Dynamite. The title was renamed the AEW International Championship on the March 15 episode of AEW Dynamite.

WrestleZone will have coverage of AEW Double or Nothing as it airs on May 28.
