Within hours, police arrested her other daughter, Brigette Ffolkes, 57.

"The victim is alive and and has survived her injuries," wrote TPD spokesperson Heather Merritt in a text Sunday afternoon. Court records, including an arrest and probable cause affidavit, were not available Sunday morning.

After she was questioned, Bridgette Ffolkes was booked her on a charge of attempted murder, according to court records and Merritt.

Bridgette Ffolkes has previously been arrested in Leon County on multiple non-violent charges like trespassing and violation of parole. She remains in the Leon County Detention Facility without bail.
