Adele might wanna forgo the Spanx the next time she performs.

That's because, as she explained to fans at her Las Vegas residency last weekend, she ended up developing "jock itch" from using them so often.

"I sweat a lot, and it doesn't go anywhere, so I basically am just sitting in my own sweat, so my doctor [diagnosed] me [with] jock itch," Adele told the crowd.

"It's a bit crude," she added. "I never knew it existed."

The Mayo Clinic defines jock itch as a "fungal skin infection that causes an itchy rash in warm, moist areas of the body." Often found on the inner thigh and groin areas, it is usually treated with antifungal creams and other topicals.

Adele said she's currently treating hers after being prescribed medicine by her doctor. "I have to squirt it on myself. I don't know why the fuck I just told you that!" she said, laughing.

Well, thanks for clearing that up, Adele! (No pun intended)
