Adam and Pharrell’s Teams Take the Stage for ‘The Voice’ Live Playoffs

Team Pharrell and Team Adam took to the stage on The Voice, singing for America’s coveted votes in the second night of the live playoffs. And while tension was high among the contestants, Lacy Mandigo let loose and brought a very natural energy to her performance. Lacy has been all over the place in this competition. She started with Christina, was stolen by Blake in the Battles, then stolen again by Pharrell in the Knockouts! And she went above and beyond with her amazing performance of the classic “Love Is a Battlefield,” proving her spot in the Lives.

Shalyah Fearing sang Beyoncé’s “Listen,” and it was impossible to do anything else but listen to the captivating young singer. She’s another Team Adam artist who’s been bounced around. She was stolen from Pharrell’s team in the Knockouts but originally was on Team Christina.

And then out of nowhere, Brian Nhira low-key stole best male vocalist of the night when he performed “Alive” by Sia.

Finally, closing out the night was Team Pharrell’s Hannah Huston, with her rendition of Aretha Franklin’s “Ain’t No Way.” And after this performance, there ain’t no way America will vote her off.

The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on NBC.
