Sally Kirkland Rushed to Hospital After Suffering Fall

Sally Kirkland was reportedly rushed to the hospital on Wednesday after taking a fall during a radio appearance.

Kirkland, 76, was recording on John Fugelsang’s SiriusXM show when she fell and hit her knee and face, reports TMZ. The Oscar-nominated actress suffered multiple lacerations, including on her face.

According to TMZ, an ambulance arrived on the scene and took her to a nearby hospital.

Kirkland’s injuries will require multiple stitches but she is expected to make a full recovery.

Appearing in over 200 films throughout her career, Kirkland is best known for her 1987 Best Actress-nominated role in Anna. She also appeared on television shows including Three’s Company, Murder, She Wrote and Days of Our Lives.

She currently hosts a weekly program on the syndicated HealthyLife Radio Network.
