Pooch Perfect is coming to ABC!

On Wednesday, the network announced its series pickup of Rebel Wilson's hit dog grooming competition show, which aired its first season on Australia's Seven Network last year.

While the Pitch Perfect star, 40, hosts the competition, she will also be joined by reality star Lisa Vanderpump, celebrity dog groomer Jorge Bendersky and veterinarian Dr. Callie Harris — who will serve as the show's "all-star judges."

"The eight-episode series will showcase 10 of the best dog groomers in the country, along with their assistants, competing in a series of outrageous themed challenges," a recent press release states. "Each week on Pooch Perfect, teams will compete in two challenges...There will be one dramatic elimination every week up until the season finale, where the top three teams will compete for a giant cash prize and the coveted Pooch Perfect first place trophy."

During the challenges, the groomers will "face off in epic grooming trans-fur-mations and showcase their incredible creations on the illustrious 'dogwalk,'" the press release continues. The two challenges include the "Immunity Puppertunity" challenge and the "Ultimutt Challenge" showdown.

Wilson shared her excitement about the news on her social media Wednesday morning. "I've got some exciting news to share with you," the actress said in a video posted on Instagram.

"This is a competitive dog grooming reality show like nothing else," she continued. "It's gonna be paw-some. I can't wait to get on set and film, and I can't wait for you guys to see this amazing and super cute show."

The series first debuted on Seven Network in February 2020 and had a cash prize of $100,000. ABC's version of the show is expected to air sometime this spring.
