“90 Day”: Kyle Explains the 'Professional' Reason He 'Always' Goes Commando (Exclusive)

During Kyle’s date with Anika, she couldn’t help but notice how he kept touching his nether regions — but his answer as to why was definitely not what she expected

Anika can't get behind some of Kyle's bizarre lifestyle habits!

In PEOPLE's exclusive first look at Monday's episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Love in Paradise, Anika caught wind of the strange way Kyle would pick at his nether regions while they were out in public.

While traveling through the city in the back of a truck, Anika finally confronts him after noticing the way he touched his groin through his shorts.

"While he's talking to me, I notice Kyle continually touches his balls or his penis," she tells cameras. "I don't know I haven't yet figured out really what it is, but it's something strange [to do] in public."

As Kyle attempts to tell Anika a story, she quickly interrupts him and asks, "What [are] you doing always with your ..." to which he replies, "My balls."

When she questions why he's "always" touching them, he shares the health-conscious reasons why he feels the need to adjust himself while sitting down.

"Because sitting down too much kills your sperm so I try to adjust them so they're not, like, get overheated," Kyle explains.

His answer prompts Anika to ask if he's wearing shorts to "keep your balls cool." When he confirms her suspicions, he also reveals that he usually doesn't "wear boxers" in order to keep things loose.

"That's kind of crazy," Anika says with a side eye, to which he replies, "It's professional, because they have the best count possible."

In a joint confessional, Kyle elaborates on the science behind adjusting his "balls."

"The longer you sit it heats up your balls and that kills your sperm. I have to like, re-adjust so it doesn't kill the balls," he explains.

When Anika instructs him not to touch himself, he adds, "But they're too big" as she rolls her eyes.
