Fish tabs do not hold up to frequent washing & are meant to be single-use. Cage cooler & front display not holding TCS Temps of 41F or below. Café cooler not approved for open foods. Inside coolers, bottoms work tables - not clean - food debris, spills. Floors under equipment - debris- clean more frequently."
D.P. DOUGH (180 W BROAD ST): 88. Inspector Notes: "Multiple boxes of food stored on floor in walk in freezer. No handwashing sign posted at employee handwash sink in employee restroom. Box of single service plastic lids and two boxes of SS to go containers stored on floor in main kitchen. Vent hood of pizza oven has heavy buildup. Buildup of grease on ceiling and walls around oven."
SUBWAY (824 HULL RD): 87. Inspector Notes: "Observed certified food safety manager (CFSM) not designated for establishment. Observed household pesticide stored in rear storage area. PIC advised that household pesticide not approved for use in food service establishment. Observed metal food pans stacked wet after washing. Observed single service cups stacked at register without protection of food and lip contact surfaces. Observed dumpster door left open after last use."
ARBY'S #1681 (2010 BARNETT SHOALS RD): 83. Inspector Notes: "Observed hand towel not present in men's restroom. Observed metal food pans stacked wet after washing. Observed heat lamp at roast beef slicer and hot drawer not able to maintain food temperature of roast beef at 135F or greater."
BOARS HEAD (260 E WASHINGTON ST): 83. Inspector Notes: "Observed empty pitchers stored in hand sink by entrance to main bar. Observed hand sink blocked by chest freezer in right side patio bar. Observed mold growth in drink gun nozzles at main bar. Observed mold growth in ice machine. Covered waste receptacle not provided in women's restroom. Exposed wood wall studs observed under the counters at all bars. Wall behind handwash sink at left-side patio bar not smooth and easily cleanable. Cove base molding absent along floor/wall juncture in bars. Unfinished concrete floors observed in walk-in cooler, liquor storage room, and mop room. Observed cracked floor tiles by ice machine and walk-in cooler. Observed numerous fruit flies under counters in main bar."
SR SOL MEXICAN RESTAURANT (175 TALLASSEE RD STE B): 84. Inspector Notes: "Milk in walk in cooler offered after expiration date. Two buckets of batter and 1 box of ice cream on floor in walk in freezer. All food should be stored 6 inches off of the floor. Door not shut on dumpster. Cardboard used as flooring in Walk in Cooler - Not easily cleanable. Back & side door seals coming off - potential pest entry. Observed 2 dead German cockroaches by and in 3 compartment sink. One live German Roach seen in front kitchen."
SAKURA STEAK HOUSE (3557 ATLANTA HWY): 84. Inspector Notes: "Observed employee drink stored on shelf in server room over drink supplies. Observed employee washing hands in meat sink. Observed spicy mayo and ranch in server reach in cooler and raw meats in kitchen reach in cooler above 41F. Observed bowls used as scoops in multiple bulk sauces with no handle. Observed scoop with handle touching product in bulk container. Observed plates and bowls stored at sushi bar not covered or inverted. Observed trays on floor between handwashing sink and vegetable prep sink. Both server RIC and kitchen RIC not in good repair ( not holding temperatures) - Do not use coolers until repaired. No quaternary test strips available."
FLANAGAN'S (301 E CLAYTON ST): 84. Inspector Notes: "Observed mold in ice machine. Unlabeled sanitizer bottle at bar. Health Score was more than 15 feet away from the door and stored behind the counter. Observed excessive water buildup in keg cooler."

Employee observed wearing fingernails extending beyond fingertips and wearing nail polish during food handling. Employee observed wearing bracelets during food preparation. Observed dumpster door left open after last use. Observed ceiling vent in back kitchen with accumulation of grease and dust. Observed employee phone, purse stored on beverages for establishment."
GOLDEN SUN (4375 LEXINGTON RD STE B1): 88. Inspector Notes: "Observed slime buildup in bulk ice machine of main kitchen. No hand wash signage in men's restroom telling employees to wash hands before returning to food handling. Card used as shelf liner around wok station and on shelves - not easily cleanable. Cracked plastic containers in rotation as food storage. Cardboard used as flooring throughout kitchen and walk-in cooler - not easily cleanable."
