In the early 17th century, St. Patrick’s Day was a Christian holiday marking the death date of St. Patrick, the foremost patron saint of Ireland. Today, the holiday has turned into more of a day to drink, eat and pretend you’re Irish. Here are 78 ways we’ve found to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in the Tampa Bay area.
