My 600-Lb Life fans are so proud of Lonnie Hambrick for the progress he's made in his weight loss journey.
The reality star has lost over 350 pounds since first appearing on the TLC series, and his fans continue to be inspired by his confidence and joyful attitude.
In one of his latest social media posts, Hambrick shared a full-body video of himself on Instagram as he changed into a workout 'fit and prepared to head into a Zumba class.
Stripping down to just his boxers in the clip, Hambrick showed off just how drastic his transformation has been, and while he is sometimes still "self-conscious" about his body, he's not letting that stop him.
"I'm gonna wear it to Zumba and I'm gonna dance and all of my shimmies and shakes and stuff is all gonna be shimmying and shaking and I'm gonna feel self conscious about it—but that's okay."
"Because, you know why, because I don't need to care what anyone thinks about my skin, at all," he declared, adding, "I'm gonna do it!"
"Lonnie you look fantastic!!!" one of his fans gushed in the comments on Instagram, while someone else added, "You look fabulous. So proud of your weight loss achievements. Keep up the great work. Much love and support to you. ❤️."
But Hambrick's followers were not only impressed by how great he looks, but also by his mental strength when it comes to still struggling with body image.
