50 Cent Wants To Grill Rick Ross in $32 Million Court Battle Over Baby Mama's Sex Tape Leak

50 Cent is accusing Rick Ross of blowing off subpoenas he served on him which seek information about his baby mama’s sex tape leak.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, 50 Cent is demanding the court step in and force Rick Ross to sit for a deposition and turn over documents.

50 Cent is in the middle of a massive lawsuit against his former lawyers, Reed Smith LLP. He accuses them of malpractice relating to their representation in the lawsuit brought by Rick Ross’ baby mama, Lastonia Leviston. She accused him of leaking her sex tape online. A jury ordered 50 Cent to pay Leviston $7 million in damages.

In his lawsuit, 50 accuses his lawyers of doing a shotty job and failing to properly defend him. He believed they failed to obtain information from an internet provider who would prove he didn’t leak it first. He said they should have deposed Rick Ross in the case too.

50 argued if they would have completed that discovery the jury would not have awarded Leviston millions. He said they were the reason he had to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Reed Smith denied all allegations of wrongdoing in the case.

50 Cent believes he was not the one who leaked the sex tape first. He says evidence shows Rick Ross posted the video first and only then did he publish it.

He believes Rick Ross has information that will help build his case against his former lawyers. He fired off five subpoenas to Ross asking for him to sit for a deposition and turn over documents.

The motion reads, “Mr. Jackson believes that Mr. Ross may have documents and or information concerning the posting of the Video, so thus Mr. Jackson served a subpoena duces tecum on both Mr. Ross and Maybach, since Mr. Ross, as Maybach’s Principal, may have acted through Maybach or instructed a Maybach employee to post the Video.”

Ross’ lawyer said he had no documents to turn over. 50 Cent then hired a process server to track down Ross at a concert “on October 31, 2019, at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The process server in this attempt was unable to get past Mr. Ross’ security to serve him personally. “ He has yet to serve Ross but is asking the court to intervene.

50 is demanding Ross be ordered to sit for a deposition and hand over the information he knows about the sex tape leak.
