50 Cent seemingly sent shots at Lloyd Banks and Young Buck during a recent tour stop.

Fif shared behind-the-scenes footage of the New Jersey stop on his Final Lap Tour, where the emcee can be seen hopping off a private jet and taking his Instagram through his pre-show ritual. As he sifted through food and beverages backstage, Fif appeared to jab at Banks and Buck.

“They think this is something? Wait ’til they see Lloyd Banks’ tour,” he quipped. “Wait ’til they see Straight Outta Cashville,” referencing Buck’s debut album.

Fif’s comments shouldn’t come as a surprise. His joke echoed claims from his 2020 book, Hustle Harder, Hustle Smarter, as Curtis shared his thoughts on Banks’ shortcomings in the music industry. He claimed that both Banks and Tony Yayo failed to change with rap’s shifting landscape. “I always felt that if I had maybe done a better job teaching Banks and Yayo how to evolve and change their habits, they each would be in better places right now,” he wrote.

“While I was out hustling, Banks was more content staying on his porch and watching the world from there… Banks wanted things to come to him, as opposed to going out and getting them for himself. That’s not me trying to assassinate his character—the guy has ‘Lazy Lloyd’ tattooed on his arm. He literally wears his laziness on his sleeve.”

As he continued, he noticed they weren’t capitalizing on their G-Unit success and talked to the men about it. Fif even insisted that they get on Instagram to better promote themselves. “Years ago, I told Banks to film a video of his life and post it on YouTube. I’m not saying anything here I haven’t said to Banks directly,” he added.

However, Banks shot the idea down, stating that if 2Pac and B.I.G were alive today, they wouldn’t be on social media. “When Banks made that comment to me, I realized he’d gone as far as he could go. In fact, my exact thought was ‘This is someone I can’t invest another minute or dollar in.'”

In July 2022, Banks opened up to GQ about his relationship with 50. He referred to the businessman as his “brother” but added that they “did something special that will never be done again.”

“It’s the same. We’re brothers,” Banks said. “We came into this together—we’re never all going to be doing the same thing at the same time at this point in our careers. You know what I mean? The last conversation I had with 50 was basically him telling me to get whatever I left out there. Because some hiatuses were planned and some weren’t.”

“But I can’t sit and cry about spilled milk. I’ve gotta go out there and make it happen. We did something special that will never be done again. Honestly, there are more positive moments than anything else. That’s where I’m at with [50 Cent and Tony Yayo]: We’re brothers, and it’s always going to be that way.”

Meanwhile, Young Buck may not see his relationship with Fif so rosy. AllHipHop reported that Buck is auctioning off his music catalog to pay off his $250K debt to 50 Cent.

An exclusive report revealed that the Tennessee native is auctioning his song copyrights, performance royalties, mechanical royalties, and publishing royalties. SongVest, a brokerage firm specializing in music royalty auctions, has valued all these components at $700,000.

Trustee Erica Johnson told AllHipHop that the auction, if successful, will be sufficient for the “Get Buck” rapper to pay off the G-Unit leader, as well as handle lingering child support debt and issues with the IRS that have plagued him for the last few years.
