5-Year-Old Geography Expert Throws Shade at President Trump on ‘Ellen’

On Thursday’s The Ellen DeGeneres Show, 5-year-old geography expert Nate threw subtle shade at Donald Trump as he was displaying one of the maps he made. He presented his hand-drawn map to Ellen and pointed out objects like Africa, which had pyramids and lions, and Antarctica, which had penguins. When he got to Russia, Ellen pointed out a figure that was standing in the middle of the country. She asked who it was, and little Nate began to giggle. He said, “It’s really funny. Trump.”

Ellen asked, “Why is Trump on Russia?”

The young geography expert answered, “’Cause he likes Russia.”

The audience laughed. He went on to show his knowledge of international flags and the shapes of countries. To reward Nate for his studies, Ellen gave him a motorized toy car themed with his favorite things: maps and flags.
