WWE RAW had plenty of great moments in 2023. The red brand celebrated its 30 years in the industry with a stacked show on January 23. It also brought back legends from the past to celebrate the momentous occasion with the WWE Universe.

Stars like Gunther, Seth Rollins, and Rhea Ripley dominated WWE’s flagship show with electric performances. All three performers capped off the year with their titles around their waist.

That being said, let’s take a look at the five best RAW moments of 2023:

The Undertaker & Bray Wyatt take out LA Knight (January 23)

RAW is XXX hit our television screens just a week before the 2023 Royal Rumble. The episode kicked off with a promo from Hulk Hogan himself. The Hulkster welcomed the Hulkamaniacs to the show with longtime manager Jimmy Hart by his side.

Other notable moments from the show included the Trial of Sami Zayn and Kurt Angle’s hilarious promo segment with D-Generation X. However, The best moment of the night came when Bray Wyatt and The Undertaker joined forces to take out LA Knight.

John Cena eviscerates Austin Theory on the mic (WWE RAW – March 6)

John Cena made his triumphant return to Monday Night RAW on March 6, 2023. The Cenation leader received a special ring introduction from none other than Vince McMahon. Cena thanked the WWE Universe for their love and support.

He soon found himself interrupted by Austin Theory. Theory challenged his childhood idol to a United States Championship match at WrestleMania 39. Cena responded with one of the most ruthless verbal takedowns of the modern era.

Triple H introduces new world title (April 24)

Triple H introduced many notable changes to the product in 2023. The Game re-introduced the draft lottery pick. The event led to the introduction of separate titles for RAW and SmackDown. Fans were thrilled to see the red brand finally get its own world title.

Hunter unveiled the gold belt on the April 24 episode of RAW. It was fitting of him to do the honors because of his own rich history with the world title. After all, he was the red brand’s first world champion two decades ago.

Jey Uso joins Monday Night RAW

Jey Uso did some pretty big things in 2023. The Yeet Master finally got out of Roman Reigns’ shadow. He made history by becoming the first superstar in nearly five years to pin his otherwise unbeatable cousin.

Jey stocks only grew when the former tag team champion moved to RAW. The former Bloodline member was brought to the red brand by none other than Cody Rhodes. The rest was history.

Seth Rollins confronts CM Punk (December 11)

Hell froze over when CM Punk made his shocking return to WWE after a decade. The Straight Edge Superstar made his epic comeback at Survivor Series: WarGames. Punk’s arrival reignited his feud with former rival Seth Rollins.

The Visionary finally confronted the Second City Saint on the December 11 episode of Monday Night RAW. Rollins didn’t mince his words when he said he didn’t like Punk. Chicago’s son had a pretty epic comeback as he declared himself for the 2024 Royal Rumble and a potential challenger for Rollins world title.
