Mindy Kaling is all kinds of confident and glowy in a new Instagram post where she donned a bright blue swimsuit that she was recently gifted by her friends.
In the photos, the 43-year-old actress and producer showed off her strong legs and toned arms in the suit.
Mindy has been embracing daily movement, and she takes a holistic approach to her workouts.
Finding a cute summer swimsuit that makes you feel like a poolside queen can be a serious challenge. So, Mindy Kaling's friends did it for her.
Mindy, 43, just dropped a sweet Instagram post thanking her (totally awesome) friends for the “lowkey romantic gift” of a new swimsuit. “The lowkey romantic gift my friends @traceywigfield and @loulielang gave me was this sexy blue one piece bathing suit which I was so excited to model,” she wrote in the caption.
“You know you have good friends when they’re excited to buy you intimate apparel!” she added.
In the pics, the Morning Show star can be seen smiling in the gorgeous, blue, one-piece swimsuit that has a cool gold chain pattern on it. Oh, and did I mention that her legs and arms are toned AF in the photos? Mindy is simply glowing, and she's looking so casually confident in her new suit.

Lately, Mindy’s been sharing a little more social media content where she's clearly feeling herself...as she should. I mean, did you see how strong and toned she is in this matching crop-top and skirt outfit?

Well, Mindy has working hard on feeling like the best version of herself. Last year, she told SELF that she’s the “healthiest I’ve ever been,” and that she’s learned the power of being active. Part of that means carving out time to get moving during the day.
While Mindy said she used to “hate” working out, she’s taking a more holistic approach to exercise these days. So, that means she likes to go for long walks and often throws in other workouts like running, weight training, yoga, group fitness classes, and using the elliptical.
She’s clearly a big fan of mixing things up on the workout front. “I refuse to let it get monotonous,” she said. This kind of variety in a regular workout schedule keeps things fresh and is also a great way to prevent injuries and work different muscle groups. Clearly, Mindy knows what's up.
One thing Mindy isn’t into? Dieting. “I think I’m the only person in L.A. without dietary restrictions,” Mindy told Women’s Health, before joking that she eats “everything.”
In breaking down her daily schedule for WH, Mindy said that she starts her day with something like a green smoothie and eggs, followed by sushi for lunch, and pizza or fish for dinner. Afterwards, she’ll reach for dessert. “It’s a non-negotiable," Mindy said.
