Earlier this month, 42 Dugg was released from prison after serving six months behind bars. In a clip that made rounds on social media, the Detroit emcee was embraced by a welcoming committee — including his CMG boss, Yo Gotti — the moment he was freed from incarceration.

On Monday (Oct. 24), viewers were able to check out more footage from the positive moment in Dugg’s latest visual for “Go Again,” a FOREVEROLLING and GodBoyDinero-produced effort that sees the rapper getting back to business on wax.

“It’s time to go again, if I catch a n**ga lackin’, I’ma score again, she just was playin’ wifey, now look at her, h** again, quit tryna tell me that I’m big, I’m finna blow again, I’m off a four of red, It’s time to go again, don’t call me lookin’ for no brick ’cause I might know a friend, and way before I blew a M, b**ch, I was blowin’ Ns, and way before I mail it to him, I been on takin’ s**t, don’t tell me that it’s up, n**ga, that’ll get you thumped, n**ga…”

Directed by Diesel Films, the accompanying clip begins with the aforementioned meetup before Dugg is seen mobbing heavy with Lil Baby and his crew in a strip club. He can also be spotted counting money and sitting in a room surrounded by luxury bags.

It’s been a couple of years since the “We Paid” talent released the solo mixtape Free Dem Boyz, a 19-song body of work with collaborations alongside Roddy Ricch, Future, Lil Durk, Rylo Rodriguez, Fivio Foreign, and more. In addition to a deluxe edition of that project, Dugg has since remained on the radar via Last Ones Left, his joint project with EST Gee, and appearances on CMG’s Gangsta Art compilation series.
