There was Atari...and then there was Nintendo. Once the glory days of Atari's home console dominance wavered and the video game crash of 1983 came to pass, it wasn't until 1985 that gaming rose like a phoenix in the US. Thanks to the introduction of the Nintendo Entertainment System, retail stores felt safe enough to carry video games once again. And with the rise of the NES came another gaming renaissance that resulted in 8-bit greatness for anyone and everyone that took a chance on it. After revisiting the console and blowing on the edge of our cartridges just like we did back in the day (we know that actually doesn't work...it's just a force of habit!), we've come up with a list of the 32 best NES games of all time.
