Travel back to the 1960s and 1970s by way of photography this weekend by visiting the Palm Beach Photographic Centre’s latest exhibition, “Beatitude: The Beat Attitude Photographs by Joey Tranchina.” The show features more than 70 images taken by Joey Tranchina of the generation’s most famous poets, activists and artists including Allen Ginsberg, Kenneth Rexroth, Michael McClure and more. For approximately an hour, museum docents give you a tour of the landmark’s watch room and grounds, along with a trip up to the top of the historic lighthouse. It’s one of the best locations for a selfie in Palm Beach County — so don’t miss your shot!
