After 28 years, the owners of The 101 Pub in Bogota have sold the neighborhood sports bar

The 101 Pub, a cozy, neighborhood sports bar in Bogota, has been sold by its owners after 28 years.

In a post on Facebook, the pub's owners, Paul and Doreen Rosen, said that the spot "will continue to operate under new ownership."

"It's been a great journey with great employees and loyal customers," the owners wrote. "We have enjoyed the many years serving you delicious food and drink."

None of the owners could be reached for comment.

Fans of the restaurant took to Facebook to thank the owners, wish them luck and to share their feelings about the joint.

"I hope the new owners realize what a gem they have, and don't make changes in the staff or menu," wrote one. "We love our 101." Wrote another: You guys have created such an amazing vibe here. Everyone loves the 101 pub. Best bar in the area by far. Best of luck and thank you for creating an awesome place to go." And still another: "So many childhood memories here! The best roast beef with mozzarella on garlic bread."
