How to get $25 concert tickets this month

AUSTIN (KXAN) — If you’ve been eyeing purchasing concert tickets, next week might be a good opportunity to snag them for a lower price than usual.

Live Nation will offer $25 tickets for its “Concert Week” May 8-14.

The entertainment company’s website says more than 5,000 shows will have tickets marked down by up to 75% off during the week.

Several artists are listed on the website as having upcoming shows, including the likes of Alanis Morissette, 21 Savage, Cage the Elephant, P!NK, and Vampire Weekend, who all have shows in Austin scheduled this year, plus many more.

3D tools behemoth Autodesk has acquired Wonder Dynamics, a startup that let creators quickly and easily make complex characters and visual effects using AI-powered image analysis. Wonder Dynamics, founded by VFX artist Nikola Todorovic and actor Tye Sheridan, basically made adding motion-captured CG characters to footage as simple as dragging an icon onto an actor. With years of experience in the film industry, the co-founders were clear from the start that it was a tool for professionals, providing all the nitty gritty mocap, animation, and masking that VFX folks need to do their job.
