'Your head is bigger than your body and that's disgusting.' And you're right! I should eat a burger! Cause they're fucking delicious! In an epic Instagram post, she wrote, "What’s been interesting to watch and witness is just how easy it is for men to totally destroy a woman’s body, publicly, proudly, for everyone to see. You even do it with your job titles and work emails in your bio...? It isn’t the first time and certainly won’t be the last time a woman will hear what’s wrong with her body by a crowd of strangers, what’s worrying is just how vulgar some of you men can be. Thankfully, I’ve come to terms with the intricacies of my body that make me, me. I’m happy with all of the 'flaws' that I couldn’t bear to look at when I was 14."

Lily responded in a series of tweets: "Yes, after tragically [losing] a child so late into my pregnancy, I may have gained a few pounds. I am one of many that find comfort in food. The two pregnancies that followed were terrifying because of what had happened before, and I was pretty much on bed rest for 20 months. I wasn't exercising because I didn't want to take any risks, and funnily enough, the survival of my children felt more important than being thin."

Lily Allen

"Oh, and whilst 'weighing me up' [and] [f]at shaming, you were a stone out. I gained 3, not 2. And hey, look I'm on the cover of Elle this month!" she concluded.

No matter who you are or what you do. I could give you a million reasons why you don't need to cater to anyone or anything to succeed. Be you, and be relentlessly you. That's the stuff of champions."

In a 2019 Instagram story, the singer shut down body-shamers with an inspirational message. "My eyes accidentally ran over a headline of people body-shaming me. Honestly, first thing I felt was super insecure just IMAGINING what these pictures must look like. 'Oh no! My cellulite!' 'Oh no! I didn't suck in my stomach!' But then I was like...of course there are bad pictures, of course there are bad angles. My body's not made of fucking rock, or all muscle, for that matter."

Camila said the reason behind her post was girls like her little sister. "They're constantly seeing photoshopped, edited pictures and thinking that's reality — everyone's eyes get used to seeing airbrushed bodies and airbrushed skin, and suddenly they think THAT'S the norm?! It isn't. It's fake. AND FAKE IS BECOMING THE NEW REAL."

"There is already harsh criticism of African American hair in society without the help of ignorant people who choose to judge others based on the curl of their hair. 25.And finally, Shenae Grimes-Beech

A few months ago, the actor got tired of continually being told that she's "aged terribly." She posted a video on Instagram addressing the lack of transparency around plastic surgery/procedures and the way that skews people's perceptions. "My face moves, and I have the lines to prove it," she said. "You’re comparing it to people who have literally had chemicals injected into their face so that they can stop their face from creating the lines that one’s face naturally does when gravity and genetics start to take their toll."

Shenae Grimes-Beech

A round of applause to all these celebs for standing up for themselves and putting trolls in their place!
