22-Year-Old Sees Mom And Grandma For First Time In More Than A Year
Mathew hasn’t seen his grandmother, Debbi, who raised him, or his mother, Rhea, in more than a year. They have been estranged ever since Matthew started dating Kaden, a woman 24 years older than him.

Matthew claims that he was abused as a child, something Kaden helped him uncover. “Kaden is the only one that has helped me move in a positive direction, so she’s the only one that matters right now,” says the 22-year-old.

Kaden says Matthew was abused as a child and claims his mother and grandma ignored the signs.
However, Debbi and Rhea say that Matthew was never abused and that Kaden is “brainwashing” him. They say that he used to have a job and an apartment, but since he’s met Kaden, he’s jobless, living with her in an RV and panhandling for money – and they say they want him away from her.
