2024's highly anticipated El Paso-area concerts: Mon Laferte, Luis Miguel and ZZ Top

As the new year starts, it's fun to look ahead at what El Pasoans can expect regarding concerts in El Paso and the area.

Being a big Hispanic community, El Paso continues to draw many famous Mexican singers and performers for 2024, including Luis Miguel, who will have two nights at the Don Haskins Center, and Chayanne, who will perform in October in El Paso.

The iconic Spanish band Hombres G will also be touring in the U.S. this year to celebrate 40 years of music career and stopping in El Paso in July.

Chilean singer-songwriter and visual artist Mon Laferte, who recently released a new album, ‘Autopoiesis’, will kick off her tour in El Paso in May.

Journey

Iconic rock band Journey will perform at 7:30 p.m. March 21 at the Pan American Center in Las Cruces. Tickets ranging from $79 to $205, plus fees, available at Ticketmaster.com.

Los Angeles Azules

The Mexican musical group Los Angeles Azules will bring its El Amor de mi Vida USA Tour to El Paso with a performance at 8:30 p.m. April 5 at the Don Haskins Center. Tickets, ranging from $39 to $199, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com.

Alicia Villarreal

Latin singer Alicia Villarreal will bring her Donde Todo Comenzo Tour to El Paso with a show at 8 p.m. April 13 at the Abraham Chavez Theatre. Tickets, ranging from $39 to $179, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com

Banda MS

The popular band has rescheduled its concert to 8 p.m. April 20 at the Don Haskins Center. The original tickets will be honored. Tickets ranging from $49 to $149, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com.

ZZ Top coming to Sun City

American rock band ZZ Top will be returning to the Sun City with a performance April 22 at the Abraham Chavez Theatre. The band is on its Elevation Tour and will perform at 7:30 p.m. Tickets, ranging from $54 to $114, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com.

Luis Miguel to perform two nights in El Paso

Latin singer Luis Miguel will perform at 8 p.m. May 1 and 2 at the Don Haskins Center. Tickets ranging from $256 to $377, excluding fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com.

Emmanuel

Latin singer Emmanuel will perform May 3 at the El Paso County Coliseum. Tickets, ranging from $49 to $199, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com

Tanya Tucker to come to El Paso

Country legend Tanya Tucker will bring her Sweet Western Sound Tour to the Sun City. Tucker will perform May 16, at the Plaza Theatre. The show will start at 8 p.m. Tickets are $40 to 130, plus fees, available at Ticketmaster.com and the Plaza Theatre Box Office.

Flans and Pandora back on tour

Pandora and Flans are on a Inesperado Tour 2024 and will perform at 8 p.m. May 18 at the El Paso County Coliseum. Tickets, ranging from $44 to $192, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony returning to El Paso

Rap group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony will perform at 7 p.m. Sept. 6, at Lowbrow Palace, 1006 Texas Ave. The Grammy Award-winning group is likely best known for the 1996 smash hit "Tha Crossroads." Tickets start at $92, plus fees, at www.ticketsales.com

Caifanes

Caifanes and Cafe Tacuba are bringing their North America Tour 2024 to El Paso with a performance at 7 p.m. June 16 at the El Paso County Coliseum. Tickets ranging from $54 to $114, plus fees, are available via Ticketmaster.com

Hombres G

Grupo Firme to come to Don Haskins Center

Grupo Firme will bring its La Ultima Peda Tour to El Paso Saturday, Aug. 17, to the Don Haskins Center. The show will be at 8 p.m. Tickets, ranging from $62 to $392, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com.

Jelly Roll on Beautifully Broken Tour

Rapper and country singer Jelly Roll, well-known for his current hit, "Save Me," is bringing his "Beautifully Broken Tour" to El Paso. Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord, will perform Sept. 9 at the Don Haskins Center. Also performing with him will be Warren Zeiders and Alexandra Kay. Tickets, ranging from $52 to $162, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com and at the UTEP Box Office.

Ramon Ayala to perform at Coliseum

Ramon Ayala, one of the best-selling Norteño musicians, will perform at 8 p.m. Sept. 21, at the El Paso County Coliseum. He is on his El Principio De Un Final Tour. Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Friday, March 22, via Ticketmaster.com. Presale starts Thursday, March 21.

Los Temerarios

The Mexican singers will bring their Hasta Siempre Tour to El Paso and perform at 8 p.m. on Sept. 26 at the Don Haskins Center. Tickets ranging from $59 to $249, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com.

Chayanne returns to El Paso

The charming Puerto Rican singer Chayanne returns to the Sun City with his Bailemos Otra Vez Tour concert Friday, Oct. 11, at the Don Haskins Center. The show will start at 8 p.m. Tickets, ranging from $71 to $201, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com.

Buying concert tickets:

The El Paso concert season offers a range of shows that can fit nearly every budget. Often, it's a better bargain to buy tickets directly from the venue to avoid ticket fees.
