The CMT Music Awards annually honors the biggest stars in country music, featuring performances from fan-favorite artists and tributes to industry legends.
Many of the stars set to arrive at this year’s show have attended the event in the past, donning eye-catching looks and colorful ensembles on the show’s red carpet. From Kacey Musgraves in a sequined-adorned Gomez-Gracia minidress in 2013 to Kelsea Ballerini in a floor-length blue Costarellos dress in 2015, this year’s nominees have a robust history of high-fashion moments.

Kacey Musgraves, nominated this year for “Female Video of the Year” and “Video of the Year” awards, attended her first CMT Music Awards in 2013. For the occasion, the star wore a Gomez-Gracia sequined minidress accessorized with Kara Ackerman jewelry, nude sandals and a matching clutch, both by Jimmy Choo.
Kelsea Ballerini, 2015 CMT Music Awards Red Carpet Style
Kelsea Ballerini, who’s nominated this year for “Female Video of the Year,” “Video of the Year” and “CMT Performance of the Year” awards, first walked the CMT Music Awards red carpet in 2015. Ballerini arrived in a floor-length blue Costarellos dress, yellow Nicole Miller shoes and an AMI Clubwear clutch bag.

The CMT Music Awards began in 1967 and is a fan-voted awards show. The 2024 ceremony will air live from the Moody Center in Austin, Texas, on Sunday at 8 p.m. ET. Trisha Yearwood is set to receive this year’s June Carter Cash Humanitarian Award. Kelsea Ballerini will host the evening’s proceedings, featuring performances by Brittney Spencer, Cody Johnson, Megan Moroney and more.
