Nashville will be well represented at the 66th annual Grammy Awards, as artists from Music City once again dominated the country, Americana, folk and Christian awards — with a pair of artists getting nods in a prestigious all-genre category.

Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, Paramore, Kelsea Ballerini, Kacey Musgraves, Jason Isbell and Old Crow Medicine show were just some of the Nashville favorites whose nominations were announced Friday.

Popular music's run through Nashville's country and roots music are more prevalent than ever, with nods to a blend of critics' favorites and streaming powerhouses.

Recent Country Music Association Entertainer of the Year-winner Lainey Wilson has nominations for Best Country Album for "Bell Bottom Country," plus her duet on Jelly Roll's "Save Me" is nominated for Country Duo/Group Performance.

Zach Bryan, Tyler Childers and Billy Strings' ability to navigate the ever-closing space between Americana, country and roots music has yielded three nods for Bryan and Strings, plus five for Childers at the 2024 Grammy Awards, too.

Bryan's Billboard chart-topping Kacey Musgraves collaboration "I Remember Everything" and Childers' powerful "In Your Love" each have been nominated twice. Strings' work with Dierks Bentley ("High Note") and Willie Nelson ("California Sober") were also recognized with nominations.

Brandy Clark, Allison Russell and Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit's decade-long surges to global renown continue at 2024's Grammy Awards, with the artists receiving six, four and three nominations, respectively.

Clark's 2023-released and self-titled fourth studio album (or her work on Broadway's "Shucked" Best Musical Theater album nominee with Shane McAnally) could finally garner her a long-awaited golden gramophone victory after seven nominations in the past decade.
