On Tuesday, May 7, the ACM Awards announced a second round of performers including Post Malone, Parker McCollum, Kelsea Ballerini with Noah Kahan, Blake Shelton with Gwen Stefani, and Nate Smith with Avril Lavigne.

Reba McEntire will host the show, set to stream live on Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch. “I am tickled to pieces to get to host the ACM Awards for the 17th time!” she said in a statement. “What an honor to have been part of the past, present, and now the future of the Academy of Country Music with Amazon Prime Video. I can’t wait to get to Texas and see everybody May 16th!”

Earlier this weekend, McEntire joined Lambert onstage at Stagecoach 2024 to perform three songs, including her signature, “Fancy.”

The announced ACM performers are some of the most nominated artists of the night. Johnson, Stapleton, and Wilson each earned five nominations, including Entertainer of the Year. Jelly Roll and Kane Brown are also nominated in the category.

Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks helmed last year’s ceremonies, which featured some memorable performances by Lambert, Johnson, and Luke Combs, who was joined onstage by Ed Sheeran for a rendition of the latter’s “Life Goes On.”

Wilson took home the most awards in 2023, including big wins for Female Artist of the Year and Album of the Year for Bell Bottom Country. Entertainer of the Year was presented to Stapleton.
