Heading into 2023 Primetime Emmys, the heavily favored frontrunner in the Best TV Movie/Limited Series Actor race is Evan Peters, who plays the titular role on Netflix’s “Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.” He has a distinct advantage in that he already has an Emmy under his belt for his supporting work on “Mare of Easttown” (2021). Scroll through our photo gallery to learn more about all six of this year’s Best TV Movie/Limited Series Actor nominees and be sure to make your predictions for the 75th Emmys by September 18.

The only other one of Peters’s competitors who has been nominated for an Emmy before is Kumail Nanjiani (Hulu’s “Welcome to Chippendales”). His single previous notice came for his 2019 dramatic guest appearance on “The Twilight Zone.”
