The Ohio State women's basketball team is going into the 2022 Big Ten Tournament with momentum.

The Buckeyes won 13 of their final 15 games, including a 61-55 win in the regular season finale against Michigan State.

At 22-5 and 14-4 in the Big Ten, Ohio State enters the conference tournament as the No. 1 overall seed.

The team’s first tournament game will take place on Friday at 11:30 a.m. on Big Ten Network between the winner of Thursday’s game between Purdue and Michigan State. The Buckeyes beat the Spartans twice this season and beat Purdue 70-53 in December.

The Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament runs through March 6 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
