2021 Grammys Red Carpet (Photos)

Stars arrived at music’s biggest night in style, sporting jewel tones, patterned suits, feathers and florals.

Since the Grammys are foregoing their usual large crowd due to the COVID-19 pandemic, tonight’s stars, presenters and performers will serve as the show’s audience. First-time Grammy producer Ben Winston tells Variety that there will be five in-the-round stages, four for performers and one for presenters, with the night’s guests surrounding each.

Even with a smaller audience, the Grammys still held an in-person red carpet, and the stars of the music world showed up in their Sunday best. Brandi Carlile, who is nominated for two Grammys, sported a black-and-silver suit custom made by Wolk Morais, complete with a Fallon necklace and Chloe boots. Song of the year nominee H.E.R. wore all purple velvet, including her sunglasses, and performer Maren Morris also opted for purple in a lavender gown.

Best new artist nominees Doja Cat and Megan Thee Stallion stood out in lime green and neon orange dresses, respectively, while Trevor Noah kept it simple in a dashing classic tux. Harry Styles stole the night in a purple feather boa and “Clueless”-esque yellow plaid jacket, and Taylor Swift wore a pretty floral dress that seemed like the perfect mix of her “Lover” and “Folklore” eras.
